My Year 2025

    Time flies, and another year has passed. I was first introduced to FSN in early 2023 when I attended the FSN lecture tour, followed by studying FSN under Dean Sun Jian at Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. As someone who enjoys reflecting and summarizing, I compiled an initial review at the beginning of 2025, which was published on the FSN World platform (titled Two Short Years, Significant Changes, link:  https://mp.weixin.qq.com/s/2zGWCDdBnA4BUZzL_Ik2gw ). In the blink of an eye, the end of the year has arrived again. Here, I will briefly summarize some of my work related to FSN in 2025, both as a memento for the years to come and as a small source of motivation to keep moving forward.

    Here, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all the FSN family members who have supported and assisted us in our work, to the "FSN friends" who have placed their trust in us, as well as to all the leaders and colleagues who have offered their encouragement and support.

Learning & Exchange

Organizing a Lecture Tour (May 3, 2025)

Teaching & Promotion

Accepted 6 FSN trainees for advanced study

Accepted one mentorship trainee for the five-stop program

Accepted 2 interns for the lecture tour program

Delivered 3 public welfare lectures.

Served as an assistant lecturer once for the FSN Lecture Tour

Delivered 3 special lectures on FSN in Linyi City

Including lecture tours and public welfare courses, the total number of medical personnel trained in FSN therapy throughout 2025 exceeded 600, among whom nearly 10 were assisted in participating in lecture tours as part of our institutional staff.

Received 4 thank-you banners from patients and one from an advanced study trainee.

Received 2 thank-you letters from patients

Elected as a council member of the FSN Specialized Committee of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies.

Newly designated as a teaching demonstration site (currently the only one in Linyi City).

Outstanding Award from Shandong Provincial Health and Education Promotion Association (November 21).

Published one FSN-related research paper.

Certificate of Completion for Shandong Provincial Traditional Chinese Medicine Characteristic Therapies Instructor Training Program.

Recommended as an Outstanding FSN Therapy Trainee, and selected by the Linyi Municipal Health Commission as a Training Instructor for FSN Therapy, a characteristic Traditional Chinese Medicine practice in Linyi City.

Published a science popularization video on the official social media account of Linyi Municipal Health Commission.

Published three articles in FSN World.

Self-recommended for three-star rating in the FSN Practitioner Star Rating System.

    In 2025, nearly 3,000 patients were treated with FSN therapy, and FSN was frequently utilized as the primary method in multiple free medical consultation events, receiving widespread praise from participants.

     The year 2025 brought both gains and pleasant surprises, along with some regrets and self-reflection.

     The past is behind us. Let us continue moving forward in 2026.
